Benefits of Doing Business with American Copy Machines

For the last 18 years Canon has been #1 in market share for copiers, facsimile and color solutions.

American Copy Machines was established in 1977. From the onset it has been a privately owned New York corporation, under the same ownership.

American Copy Machines has grown every year for the last 40 years. This is all due by providing customer satisfaction and having a “can do” attitude.

Our equipment provides consistent print quality and is cost effective due to the Mono-Component Toner Technology that is exclusive to Canon.

Our average service call response time is less than 3 hours and we do have an “AWARD WINNING SERVICE DEPARTMENT”.

Each service call is completed with a Quality Assurance Test that eliminates any additional service calls.

American Copy Machines has all service technicians trained at Canon Training Institute and certified in servicing Canon products only.

Our service contracts are all inclusive eliminating any unexpected repair bills and there are no overage charges. American Copy Machines does carry a large inventory of parts that enables us to complete 98.5% of service calls the same day.

The PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE is designed to protect your investment. If the purchased or leased equipment is proven to be faulty by our service manager and Canon USA, we will replace it at no charge.

Our PRICE PROTECTION GUARANTEE simply gives you the confidence that you purchased at the lowest price. In case you do see the same configuration advertised for less by another authorized Canon dealer, within 45 days from delivery we will refund you the difference.
